All our beef and lamb is supplied by Pioneer still a family firm after 134 years, the meat can all be traced to local farms. They helped us greatly in choosing both the cuts, and understanding the rigorous process the meat industry follows to gain the Quality Award.

New this year we have Bedrock Gin from Spirit of the Lakes Ltd. The first gin made with Lake District Spring water.
This restaurant was born out a love for real, fresh uncomplicated food made with care in our own kitchen.
We are surrounded by some of the best farms in the country but felt that many Carlisle restaurants were not making best use of this bounty.
We have made a point of meeting and using as many local suppliers as possible. Always, always selecting for quality over price.
